Kaiser has more than 15 years of consulting, marketing and senior management experience in the Information Technology industry. Prior to starting NYC COMPUTING INC in 2004, he was SR. Project Manger for JPMorgan Chase. He has also held positions from general manger to I.T. Director.

He is now serving as the founder and CEO of NYC COMPUTING INC, a leading provider of  I.T.  Business Management and operating an international call center consulting practice. Kaiser’s previous experience also includes senior management positions at Merrill Lynch and D.L.J., both leading Financial companies. 

Kaiser is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, contributor to various on-line resources as well as the author of numerous articles in trade press newsletters, blogs and E-zine.
